​​Contract Opportunities

Contract opportunities with the PLCB – including open Invitations for Bids, Requests for Quotes, Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information – are currently advertised on the Department of General Services' eMarketplace website, which is searchable by agency.

All suppliers doing business with the PLCB are required to register first. Registration information by vendor type is available on the Goods & Services Suppliers webpage (for non-merchandise vendors) and the Wine & Spirits Suppliers webpage (for merchandise vendors).

Vendors wishing to be notified of contract opportunities should email the following information to the PLCB’s Purchasing and Contract Administration Division, which coordinates the procurement of all supplies and services for PLCB stores and offices, at RA-LBProcurement@pa.gov:           

    • Business name and address
    • Telephone and fax numbers
    • Contact person's name and email address
    • Types of commodities or services the company offers
