DUI Law

Driving Under the Influence (DUI) is a serious crime that could not only affect your life, but it could destroy or end someone else’s. By identifying and combating the root causes of drunk driving – namely dangerous and underage drinking – the PLCB works both independently and with partners to stop DUIs before they happen.

The PLCB Bureau of Alcohol Education provides a variety of materials and programs that not only educate the public about dangerous and underage drinking, but also about DUI and operating vehicles while intoxicated in Pennsylvania.
