Director of Administration Jason Lutcavage is responsible for directing all administrative and internal operations, overseeing strategic planning, human resources, talent management, staff training and diversity management.                

Jason was deputy chief counsel of the PLCB from May 2008 through August 2015. In that role, he provided legal advice to the chief counsel on intricate employment matters and contract issues, and represented the Board in employment cases before the Civil Service Commission, EEOC and PHRC. Before joining the commonwealth, Jason was an associate attorney in a private law firm and served as an assistant district attorney in Berks County.

Jason earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in history at Bloomsburg University.              

A resident of Berks County, Jason has three children.
