As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Angela Bond Blecher oversees the agency’s Bureau of Accounting and Purchasing, Bureau of Financial Management and Analysis and Data Governance.
Angela has more than 30 years of experience in multiple business finance, controllership and other corporate roles, including as business CFO and senior consultant, largely with DuPont and its subsidiaries. Most recently, Angela served as the CFO and Vice President of Covation Biomaterials, LLC, a global specialty polymer producer based in Newark, Del. She brings to the PLCB a wealth of career experience, including strategic planning and analysis, business partnering, financial modeling, internal controls and ERP systems.
Angela is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She went on to earn an MBA from Drexel University and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., and former resident of Massachusetts, Vermont and Virginia, Angela now lives in Chester County with her husband; they have three grown children.
